Calculator - photo vault

Calculator - photo vault: a private space behind a familiar tool

Calculator - photo vault is designed for people who want to keep personal photos and videos out of ordinary gallery views. Its front-facing calculator provides regular calculation functions, while a PIN opens a separate vault for private media. The calculator disguise makes the app less conspicuous than a standalone privacy locker.

Media protection and access

The vault is intended for storing photos, videos and other files behind an encrypted barrier. A built-in private browser can help users bring media into the vault without placing it in standard download folders. The app also includes a scientific calculator interface, so it can serve as a useful calculator even when the private area is not being used.

• PIN-protected vault: Keeps selected media behind a separate access screen.
• Private browsing: Supports browsing and saving media directly into the protected area.
• Intruder capture: Can take a photo after an unsuccessful access attempt.
• Decoy vault: Provides an alternate space with different content and a separate password.
• Quick exit: A shake gesture can close and lock the app quickly.

Who it suits

This app fits users who want discreet storage for sensitive images and videos without labeling the app as a vault on the device. It is more focused on concealment and private viewing than on editing, despite its listing in the Video Players & Editors category. Anyone looking for a conventional calculator alone may not need its additional privacy tools.
